Why its important to appeal visa refusal in court:

The reasons for appealing a residence permit denial can vary, and in each case, challenging the decision is important if you believe the refusal was unjustified. The main reasons why you should appeal a residence permit denial may include:
   1.    Incorrect Decision
If you believe that your residence permit application was assessed incorrectly or that all the necessary information and documents you provided were not fully considered. For example:
   •    Your employment contract was misjudged if you applied for a work residence permit.
   2.    Violation of the Law
If the decision to deny your residence permit was made in violation of the law. For instance:
   •    You did not receive sufficient information from the agency regarding the application submission procedures or your other rights.
   •    Other legal norms were violated during the decision-making process.
   3.    Lack of Opportunity to Submit Additional Documentation
If you received a denial due to missing specific documentation and were not given the opportunity to provide additional supporting documents.
   4.    Lack of Justification in the Decision
If the decision made against you is not properly justified. For example:
   •    The decision only states the reason for the denial in a vague or abstract manner, without clearly explaining why you, as an individual, do not meet the required criteria for obtaining the permit.
