What Documents Are Required to Apply for an Investment Residence Permit?

For a Foreigner Applying for an Investment Residence Permit:
• The foreigner’s original travel document.
• The original document confirming legal stay in Georgia.
• A document proving an investment of at least 300,000 USD in Georgia, such as:
• An audit report issued by a certified auditor confirming the investment; or
• A document confirming ownership of real estate in Georgia (excluding agricultural land) with a market value exceeding 300,000 USD in the equivalent amount of GEL.
• A document confirming the market value of the real estate, issued by a certified appraiser accredited by the Unified National Accreditation Body of Georgia.
• A written recommendation from either:
• A member of the Government of Georgia, or
• Three Georgian citizens with representative authority from an active entrepreneurial entity in Georgia.
• A passport-size photo (3x4 cm).
All documents must be submitted with a Georgian translation.
Some documents require certification with an apostille or legalization
