For a Foreigner Applying for a Short-Term Residence Permit:
• The foreigner’s original travel document.
• The original document confirming legal stay in Georgia.
• A document confirming the foreigner’s ownership of real estate in Georgia (excluding agricultural land) with a market value exceeding 100,000 USD in the equivalent amount of GEL.
• A document confirming the market value of the real estate (issued by a certified appraiser accredited by the Unified National Accreditation Body of Georgia).
• A passport-size photo (3x4 cm).
For the Spouse and Children of a Foreigner Holding a Short-Term Residence Permit to Apply for the Same Type of Residence Permit:
• The foreigner’s original travel document.
• The original document confirming legal stay in Georgia.
• The original residence permit of the foreigner holding the short-term residence permit.
• A document confirming the familial relationship with the foreigner holding the short-term residence permit.
• A passport-size photo (3x4 cm).
All documents must be submitted with a Georgian translation.
Some documents require certification with an apostille or legalization.
