General Requirements for Submitted Documents for a Visa Application

Documents required for obtaining a visa must be submitted in the state language of Georgia or in English.

If a document is issued in a foreign language, it must be accompanied by a translation certified in accordance with the procedures established by law.

Documents issued by a foreign state must be submitted in their original legalized form or with an apostille. Additionally, a copy of the legalized or apostilled original may be submitted, provided that the copy itself is also duly legalized or apostilled.
